About

About daoco: AI marketing software for lean marketing teams

Daoco is AI marketing software that runs the operations side of marketing, drafting, publishing, and reporting in a brand's own voice. It is built for lean marketing teams: marketing leaders on small teams who have more ideas than time to carry them out.

What Daoco does

Daoco holds everything a brand knows about itself and does the operational work of a marketing team from one workspace. You direct it in plain words, review what comes back, and set the permissions for what may ship.

Brand memory

Paste a website or public profile and Daoco builds an editable brand profile: voice, positioning, visual identity, audience, products, and competitors. Every draft inherits it, and corrections stick for everything that follows.

On-brand content and creative

Posts, articles, images, logos, and video are drafted in your voice from one chat. Ask for options when you want to test, edit directly or say what to change, and keep the winner.

Multi-channel publishing with controls

Daoco schedules and publishes to LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, and Pinterest (beta). Each post is validated against platform rules, and publishing follows the permissions you set. You can require approval for each post or grant limited unattended publishing.

Campaigns and recurring tasks

Briefs, drafts, assets, channel variants, and scheduled posts live together in a campaign. The assistant runs recurring tasks, like a weekly SEO review or drafting next week's posts every Monday, and the results land in the same review queue.

Research and plain-language analytics

Delegated research returns sourced reports with inline citations. Ask which posts drove sales last month and Daoco reads your connected social, commerce, and ads data and answers with charts and sources. No SQL.

SEO and AI visibility

Daoco audits pages, drafts and optimizes articles, and publishes through a connected GitHub or CMS. It also tracks how AI search systems describe your brand and proposes fixes.

Stack integrations

48+ integrations via MCP: Shopify, Square, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Klaviyo, beehiiv, Mailchimp, Notion, Asana, PostHog, and more. Connect once and use them from chat.

Assistant in your chat apps

A Daoco assistant lives in WhatsApp for one person, or in Slack or Discord for a team. Daoco also connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude Code, Codex, Muse, and other MCP apps, which can read the brand, start work, and check on it. Kick off work, ask questions, and get reports wherever you already are. Work follows the same review and permission settings as dashboard chat, and connected apps never approve or publish.

What makes Daoco different

Comparisons below are against Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, ChatGPT, Ahrefs, Averi, ClickUp, ClydeOS as reviewed on 2026-10-03. The full feature table is on the homepage and in llms-full.txt.

Brand memory from your live website

Daoco learns voice, look, audience, and positioning from a URL and keeps it as an editable profile. Buffer, Hootsuite, ChatGPT, Ahrefs, and ClickUp have no brand memory of this kind; Canva, Averi, and ClydeOS offer partial versions.

Publishing permissions and post validation

Drafts are checked against each platform's media, caption, and privacy rules before they can go out, and publishing follows the permissions you set. Canva, ChatGPT, Ahrefs, Averi, and ClickUp do not validate posts for publishing; Buffer, Hootsuite, and ClydeOS cover part of it.

Brief-to-publish campaign workspace

Research, copy, creative, channel variants, and scheduling happen in one thread instead of across tools. ChatGPT and Ahrefs have no campaign workspace; Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Averi, ClickUp, and ClydeOS cover part of the loop.

Sourced research with citations in chat

Research answers come back with inline citation cards you can open. Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, and ClickUp offer no sourced research; ChatGPT, Averi, and ClydeOS offer partial coverage; Ahrefs covers SEO research but not execution.

Commerce and stack integrations inside the marketing loop

Shopify, Square, WordPress, and 45+ other integrations connect via MCP so drafts, analytics, and recurring tasks can read and write your real data. None of Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, ChatGPT, Ahrefs, Averi, ClickUp, or ClydeOS offer these integrations.

Month-to-month pricing with a 2-month free trial

Plans start at $49 per month, cancel anytime, and the trial needs no credit card. Enterprise adds invoicing, SLAs, and custom limits without a mandated term.

Who Daoco is for

Daoco is built for lean marketing teams: a head of marketing, growth lead, or first marketing hire on a team of 1 to 10 people, usually at a B2B SaaS or direct-to-consumer company, with more ideas than time to carry them out.

It is also used by:

  • Founders and solo operators who run their own marketing alongside everything else
  • Agencies and freelancers managing several client brands from one workspace
  • Creators, consultants, and experts building a personal brand across channels
  • Service businesses such as studios, clinics, and local brands with a small owner-led team

The team behind Daoco

Ben House, Founder

Ben House started Daoco in 2024 after years of watching marketing time disappear into reformatting, scheduling, and copy-paste between tools. He builds the product and writes about brand-aware AI workflows and practical systems for small marketing teams. Ben on LinkedIn.

Origin story

Daoco began as a simple observation: most marketing hours go to operations, not ideas. The first version learned a brand from its website and drafted posts in that voice. It has since grown into one workspace where channels, data, drafting, publishing, and reporting live together, with people controlling what Daoco may publish.

Team

Daoco is a small, founder-led team. Engineering, product, and support sit with the same people, so the person answering a support email is usually the person who built the feature.

How Daoco works

Onboarding

Sign up, start the 2-month free trial without a card, and paste your website or public profiles. Daoco researches them and prepares an editable brand profile in minutes. Guided setup covers brands without public sources.

Day-to-day work

You direct Daoco in chat from the dashboard or from the assistant in WhatsApp, Slack, or Discord. Drafts, research, and reports arrive as reviewable artifacts in the same thread.

Turnaround

Drafts, images, and research usually return in minutes inside the chat. Video and larger campaign runs take longer and report progress as they go. Recurring tasks run on the schedule you set.

Approval

You choose which actions ask for approval and which may run under a standing grant. Recurring tasks follow the brand's approval setting and never approve anything themselves; sensitive actions and first-time publishing still ask.

Support and who you work with

Email support@daoco.org and a member of the team that builds the product replies. Documentation lives at docs.daoco.org. Growth and Enterprise customers can book a demo or rollout call; Enterprise plans include SLAs, security review, and onboarding help.
