Get it approved
Upload what needs sign-off and name who has to approve it. Each reviewer gets a private link by email, leaves comments, and approves or asks for changes. You see every decision as it happens.
Checking availability…
What it does
- Takes up to three files (images, PDFs, or videos in any mix), or the text you paste, with a title.
- Emails you first. Once you confirm your address, each reviewer gets their own private link. They need no account and no sign-in.
- Lets reviewers comment and choose Approve or Request changes with a note. On a video, clicking the picture pins the comment to that moment and that spot.
- Emails you when a reviewer decides.
What you get
- A review page that shows who approved, who asked for changes, and who you are still waiting on, updated live.
- Every comment in one place. Video comments are markers on the timeline that jump back to their moment.
- A private link of your own, sent by email, to open the review from any browser.
What it uses
Only what you upload and the email addresses you enter. It does not read your website. The addresses are used to send the review links and your updates, and for nothing else. The review, its comments, and its files are deleted after 30 days, or sooner if you delete it.
Questions
Do my reviewers need an account?
No. Each reviewer opens the private link from their email and can comment and decide right away. You don't need an account either.
Why do I have to confirm my email?
Your reviewers are told who is asking, so we check that the address is yours first. We email you a link, and your reviewers get theirs as soon as you open it. Until then nothing is sent to them.
What can I upload?
Up to three files per review, in any mix: PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF images and PDFs up to 25 MB each, and MP4, MOV, or WebM videos up to 200 MB and 10 minutes each. You can also paste text alone, or add text next to the files.
How many reviewers can I add?
Up to five per review. You can remove a reviewer from the review page, and their link stops working.
Who can see my review?
Only people holding a private link: you and the reviewers you named. The page is not listed in search engines, and the review's address alone opens nothing without a link's key. Anyone a link is forwarded to can act as that reviewer, so treat the links like the file itself.
How long is it kept?
30 days. Then the review, its comments, and the files are deleted. You can delete it yourself at any time from the review page. A review you never confirm is deleted after two days.
How is this different from reviews inside Daoco?
This is one round with one list of reviewers. In a Daoco workspace, reviews run in stages, keep every version, hold a post from publishing until it is approved, and Daoco can revise the work from the comments. A free review does not move into a workspace when you sign up.
